More than 2 weeks prior to stay: 90% refund
Less than 2 weeks prior to stay: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours prior to stay: No refund
- Check-in after 3:00 PM Check-out by 12:00 PM (sometimes earlier check in will be possible, if so we will let you know on your check in letter)
- Dogs are permitted with an additional fee.
- Sorry, NO smoking inside the home. If you choose to smoke outside of the home, please remember to be sure the ashes are extinguished and properly dispose of the debris.
Minimum Stay Requirement: A 2-night minimum stay is required for weekends. If requesting a Thursday – Friday or Saturday – Sunday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. If requesting a 1-night stay, a cleaning fee will be added onto the rental rate. Contact us for details.
Minimum Age: You must be 23 years of age or have a parent or guardian staying in the house with you in order to rent from us.
Damages: We reserve the right to charge you for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon arriving, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
Bugs/Wildlife: Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our home and cabin professionally cleaned, they are not completely bug proof. Please keep in mind we are in a natural habitat so you will see bugs and spiders occasionally. No refunds will be provided for this occurrence.
Driving Conditions: Most roads in our area are very well maintained, but can be curvy and steep. We recommend four-wheel drive whenever possible, especially in the winter. There are no refunds due to inclement weather or your car being stuck.
Amenities: Occasionally appliances can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning efficiently.
Holidays: Holidays are charged at a Holiday rate and have a 3-day minimum stay requirement. If you rent from us, you are agreeing to all these terms and policies.
Trash: bag it and place in marked containers and make sure cover is secure. Take to end of driveway for pick up.
Home Condition: If you are not satisfied with the home when you arrive, please contact us immediately. We will try and accommodate you and any reasonable request. No money will be refunded if you stay your entire stay and then request money be refunded after your stay.
A check list is provided in the home to assist you in your departure with rules as to how leave the home when you check out. The same checklist is also sent to you with confirmation of your stay and instructions on check in and departure procedures.
